3 lbs potatoes (red and brown)
2 corn on the cob (with husks)
1 large onion
3 bell peppers (red, yellow, and red)
1tbsp fresh Dill
½ tps Cumin
3 tbsp Olive Oil
**Mix ingredients and cook dish in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour. Corn on the cob remains in the husk, and sits on top of your dish for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
